Walking is a great way to improve or maintain your overall health. Just 30 minutes every day can increase cardiovascular fitness, strengthen bones, reduce excess body fat, and boost muscle power and endurance.

Walking is also a form of meditation and can be used as part of a mindfulness practice. The technique has many possible benefits and may help you to feel more grounded, balanced, and serene. It helps you to develop a different awareness of your surroundings, body, and thoughts.
