5:30 - 6:00 pm Journal class
6:00 - 7:30 pm Free time to use Cottage facilities
7:30 - 8:30 pm Group Dinner $$ (excluded)
9:00 - 9:30 pm Restorative stretching yoga class

9:30 - 11:00 pm Bonfire Ceremony

 

Day Two (Friday)

8:00 - 9:00 am Yoga Class & Affirmations
9:00 - 10:00 am Homemade Breakfast 
10:30 -1:30 pm Spiritual hike at Prince Edward Point National Wildlife Area
1:30 - 2:30 pm Lunch at Pebbles Beach Resort $$ (excluded)
3:30 - 4:00 pm Afternoon tea with meditation session

4:00 - 4:30 pm Journal class
4:30 - 5:30 pm Vinyasa yoga flow 
5:30 - 7:30 pm Free time to use Hot Tub or other cottage facilities
7:30 - 9:30 pm Bonding cooking experience & dinner
9:30 - 11:00 pm Spiritual night to delve deeper into mindfulness and serenity

 

Day Three (Saturday)
8:00 - 9:00 am Yoga Class & Affirmations

3:00 - 4:00 pm Little Bluff Conservation area with meditation session

4:30 - 5:00 pm Afternoon tea with sound bath

6:15 - 6:40 pm 20-min Hot Tub stretching class  

6:40 - 7:30 pm Free time to use Cottage facilities

7:30 - 9:00 pm Group Dinner $$ (excluded)

9:00 - 11:00 pm Meditative Paint night to practice mindfulness

Day Four (Sunday)

7:30 - 8:30 am Yoga Class

8:30 - 9:00 am Journal class

9:30 - 10:30 am Homemade Breakfast 

10:30 - 11:00 am Gratitude Ceremony 
11:00 - 12:00 pm Pack & Check Out

 

What to bring:

  • warm clothes (boots, jacket, hat, gloves, scarf)

  • swimsuit (Hot tub)

  • comfortable clothes for yoga and relaxing times

       (leggings, joggers, sweaters, slippers, etc.)

  • yoga mat 

  • small blanket or big scarf for meditation sessions

  • open heart for divine transformation and connection with your inner self

Things to know:

Participants of all yoga levels are welcome.

A 50% deposit is required upon sign-up. The remaining balance of 50% is due two weeks prior to the trip.

We will send our waiver which needs to be acknowledged and signed before our trip. For transportation inquiries or to discuss potential rideshare options, please contact us directly. Kindly secure your own travel insurance to cover any unforeseen events during your journey.
